Todd Turk

Todd Turk has been with PTG for 14 years and has 26 years of experience providing corporations with advice on state sales and use taxation, federal taxation, and other state tax matters in both boutique consulting firms and public accounting. His strategies have resulted in millions of dollars of savings for clients in both small firms and in large, Fortune 500 corporations.

His primary responsibilities are developing and implementing sales and use tax compliance strategies, conducting sales and use tax refund reviews, assisting clients through state sales and use tax audits and providing customized sales and use tax training seminars. Todd is an expert in scanned and imaged environments and speaks at many conferences on state and local taxation.

Todd graduated cum laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.

Stephen Brandt

Stephen Brandt has been with PTG for 14 years and has 25 years of experience in sales and use tax, audit defense, and compliance on a multistate basis. He started his career as a sales and use tax examiner for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.

His primary responsibilities are developing and implementing sales and use tax compliance strategies, conducting sales and use tax refund reviews, assisting clients through state sales and use tax audits and providing customized sales and use tax seminars. Stephen is an expert in scanned and imaged environments and has represented numerous clients in various industries resulting in millions of dollars of savings for both small firms and large, Fortune 500 corporations.

Stephen graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and he holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. He is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.

Bryan Boyle

Bryan Boyle has been with PTG for 14 years and has 27 years of experience providing corporations with advice on state sales and use tax, value added tax, and technology solutions. Prior to PTG, Bryan was Vice President of Sales and Marketing with a boutique Sales and Use Tax firm, and prior to that was Vice President of North American Sales and Client Services for a world leader in VAT reclaim. Bryan has been a public speaker for many organizations including the IAPP (International Association of Purchasing and Payables), Concur Technologies, and Temple University on topics such as Value Added Tax, outsourcing, and expense automation integration.

His primary responsibilities are developing and maintaining client relationships and managing PTG’s strategic alliances.

Bryan graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.

Jim Nuttall

Jim Nuttall has been with PTG for 12 years and has 55 years of experience helping corporations with sales and use taxation. Jim obtained 33 years of experience from New York’s Department of Tax and Finance where he worked in various capacities including: Field Auditor, Team Leader, District Office Section Head, and Program Chief. He is widely regarded as one of the best transaction tax professionals in New York.

His primary responsibilities are helping corporations in all industries with defending New York State sales and use tax audits, conducting sales and use tax refund reviews, providing customized sales & use tax training seminars and helping Clients answer any questions they may have.

Jim graduated from The College of Saint Rose with a BA in Business Administration and holds an AAS in Accounting from Hudson Valley Community College.
